Products

Loulou & Co sells second-hand children's clothing and items.

Each item may be unique. Photos and descriptions are provided to present the item as accurately as possible. Slight color variations may in particular be caused by the screen used.

The specific condition of an item is indicated in its product page when necessary.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.

Orders

An order is considered placed once payment has been completed and the order has been accepted.

As many items are unique, an item may no longer be available once sold.

Payment

Payments are processed using the payment methods available at the time of the order.

Loulou & Co does not store your full payment card information.

Final sales

Unless otherwise provided by law, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because an item does not fit, is the wrong size, or you have changed your mind.

Please carefully review the photos, description, and size information before ordering.

Problematic item

If an item received does not match the order or has a significant problem that was not indicated in its description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

We will evaluate the situation in accordance with our sales and return policy and applicable laws.

Modifications

Loulou & Co may modify these terms when necessary. The version applicable at the time of your purchase is the one that governs your order.
