How do I choose the right size?
The size of each item is indicated on its product page. Since sizes can vary from one brand to another, we recommend checking the details and measurements when they are available.
Are the items new?
The majority of items are second-hand. Every item is inspected and carefully selected before being put up for sale.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because an item does not fit or you have changed your mind. Certain legal protections remain applicable.
What should I do if my item does not match my order?
If you receive an item different from the one ordered or with a significant issue that was not indicated in its description, contact us quickly with your order number and photos. We will help you find a solution.
Where do you ship?
We ship within Quebec and throughout Canada.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your address and the shipping option chosen.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Since items are often unique, we cannot guarantee that a modification will be possible once the order has been processed.
