Loulou & Co is a children's thrift store offering carefully selected second-hand clothing.

Each item is unique and may show slight normal signs of wear. We strive to provide descriptions and photos that are as accurate as possible so that you can make an informed choice before your purchase.

Final sale — No returns or exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because an item does not fit, the size is not right, or you have changed your mind.

We therefore encourage you to carefully check the item description, size, measurements, and photos before placing your order.

This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by applicable laws, including legal warranties.

Item received damaged or not as described

If you receive an item that does not match your order or has a significant issue that was not mentioned in its description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.

We will evaluate the situation and inform you of the applicable options.

Availability

Items sold at Loulou & Co are generally one-of-a-kind. Once an item is sold, it may no longer be available.

Shipping

Delivery times and costs are indicated at the time of order. Loulou & Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout.
